He has a strong track record of clients in the oil and gas, industrial and corporate sectors enabling him to develop a diverse photography experience covering the sea, air and land including handling extreme outdoor conditions.

A seasonal global trekker with a regional hub based in New York, he speaks multi-lingual and is very familiar with the Asian country landscape. He has worked for some of the top Forbes 500 companies.

His key strength is majoring in aerial, industrial, offshore and marine photography, making him one of the most sought after specialists in this field.

He is highly trained to manage specialize assignments. He has certifications for the Helicopter Underwater Escape Training with EBS, Basic Offshore Safety Induction & Emergency Training and Loss Prevention System with SSHE. As a specialist who is conversant with the stringent safety needs required in the industry, he uses high standard Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) and ATEX certified communications equipment.

His marine photography experiences range from marine engineering to ship building while his offshore photography experiences cover a holistic process ranging from capturing shots of onshore refineries, setting up offshore platform in the shallow water and deep sea, oil exploration, construction, oil drilling, well test, platform construction, production to project commissioning.

On the aerial photography front, he holds over 200 flying hours on both large and small helicopters for various assignments. He has a good understanding on how helicopters operate and how to communicate on air effectively to ensure smooth delegation.

Some of his recent completed assignments include capturing both still and time-lapse photography on the developments of the ExxonMobil Malaysia Enhanced Oil Recovery (EOR) technology platforms from their inception to final installations, Pengerang Terminal’s second world largest deep water oil storage terminal and its deep water jetty facility that facilitate handling of Very Large Crude Carriers (VLCCs) and Petronas world’s first Floating LNG ship in Korea.

In a nutshell, his professional services include still photography, time-lapse photography, aerial photography, industrial, offshore, onshore and marine photography.

Corporate clients that he has worked with include ABB, Aker Solutions, BC Petroleum, Dialog, ExxonMobil, Leighton, Lundin, Murphy, Petra Energy, Petronas, SGS, Shell, Sime Darby, SPE International, Talisman and Vopak.

Aside, he has also successfully produced numerous pictorial book projects which include the Petronas Trans Himalayas, Petronas South Asia Expedition and Petronas Euroasia to name a few.

In the past, he has also worked with several documentary and media companies such as the National Geographic Channel, National Geographic Traveler, Discovery Channel And Associate Press (AP) for their broadcast and print editorial coverage.

Over the years, he has won more than 20 photo awards. His personal work was featured in more than 10 photo exhibitions including both solo and group categories in different countries. He has spoken at public talks and to the university fraternities on photography.
